A PDF editor for conveyancers
Conveyancing runs on PDFs: contracts to merge, vendor statements to split, a client's bank details to black out before a document goes to the other side. Autonome PDF does it in your browser, so the client's documents aren't uploaded.
The jobs, and where to start
- Put the contract, vendor statement and attachments into one PDF: Merge PDF files without uploading them
- Pull out the pages the other side needs: Split a PDF or pull out the pages you need
- Black out bank details before a document goes across: Redact a PDF so the words are really gone
- Fix a date or a name without retyping the document: Edit the words in a PDF without retyping it
- Get a client's signature, with a record of when they signed: Get a PDF signed by other people
A note on signing property documents
Electronic signing rules for property documents differ by state, and settlement documents usually go through PEXA. Use electronic signatures where your state's rules allow them, and check anything you're unsure about.
Try it on your own file. Autonome PDF runs in your browser, and the file isn't uploaded. Editing is free. Open Autonome PDF

Good to know
Can I shrink a big contract for email?
Yes. Optimise PDF is on whenever you download, and text stays sharp. See Make a PDF small enough to email.
Where is it made?
In Melbourne, by Autonome Solutions Pty Ltd.
Is my clients' data uploaded?
No. The work happens in your browser, so the file stays on your computer. A file only leaves it if you choose Save to Team, a share link or Request signatures on the Team plan.
