Put together a month-end pack in one PDF

Statements, receipts and a few scans, sent as one tidy file that opens first time and fits in an email.

1. Join everything

Open all the files at once and they join into one PDF in the order you picked. Add any stragglers with Merge PDFs. See Merge PDF files without uploading them.

2. Tidy the pages

Drag the thumbnails into order, rotate the sideways phone scans, and delete blank pages and duplicates. It's all in the same window.

3. Make scans searchable

If the receipts are photos or scans, run Make text searchable (OCR) so your bookkeeper can search for an amount or a supplier. See Make a scanned PDF searchable.

4. Shrink it and lock it

Is there a limit on how many files I can join?

No set number. Very large packs take longer in the browser, so split a year's worth into months.

Will the text get blurry when it shrinks?

No. Only large photos are redrawn. Text and drawings stay exactly as they are.

Do I need an account?

Not to open or edit. You sign in when you download (free, no card), and that gives you 5 downloads a week.
